1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bd21 ("bd21", "we", "us", "the Platform"). 4. You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or close family member of an employee of bd21 or any of its gaming software providers.
5. You must be playing for your own personal entertainment, with funds that belong to you personally. Playing on behalf of a third party or using shared funds is not permitted.

4. Account Responsibilities

Once your account is active, the following obligations apply to you as the account holder for the entire duration that you maintain an account on bd21.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bd21 will never ask you to share your password with any member of staff.
• You must notify bd21 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization. bd21 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
• You must keep your contact details, particularly your registered mobile number, up to date at all times. Failure to do so may result in missed account security communications.
• Accounts are for personal use only. Sharing, selling, transferring, or assigning your account to any third party is prohibited.
• bd21 may place temporary restrictions on your account during an ongoing verification or investigation. During such periods, deposits and withdrawals may be suspended pending the outcome of the review.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

bd21 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. bd21 does not accept cash deposits or third-party wallets not listed in the platform's cashier section.
• All funds deposited into your bd21 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. bd21 will reject deposits from third-party sources and may suspend the receiving account pending investigation.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. bd21 reserves the right to perform additional identity verification before releasing funds.
• bd21 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed in the platform's cashier section and may be updated periodically.
• In the event that a deposit is made in error or a technical fault results in an incorrect credit to your account, bd21 reserves the right to reclaim the erroneously credited amount at any time.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bd21 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms and to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have fully completed the registration process and whose accounts are in good standing. Players with suspended, restricted, or flagged accounts are not eligible for promotions.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and eligible games will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• bd21 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn before a player has met the wagering requirement, the bonus balance and any winnings derived solely from that bonus may be removed.
• Bonuses are offered to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per mobile number. bd21 may decline bonus claims or revoke credited bonuses where it reasonably suspects promotional abuse.
• bd21 will not pay out winnings on bets placed using bonus funds where the player has already requested a withdrawal of their real-money balance without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on bd21 are provided by third-party game studios under licensing agreements. The specific rules for each game are governed by that game's own published rules, accessible within the game interface. The following general terms apply across all games.

• All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) supplied and controlled by the relevant game studio. bd21 does not alter, override, or modify game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a technical fault or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, bd21 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the theoretical long-run statistical return and does not guarantee any individual player's results within any specific number of game rounds.
• For live dealer games, the dealer's actions and table rules observed during a live session are final. Any dispute regarding a live game outcome must be raised with the bd21 support team within 24 hours of the session in question.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension and investigation of your account, with potential permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

1. Bonus abuse: exploiting promotional terms, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bot-assisted play, or any other strategy intended to circumvent wagering requirements rather than play genuinely for entertainment.
2. Fraud and money laundering: using bd21 to process, layer, or conceal funds derived from illegal or criminal activity. bd21 cooperates fully with relevant authorities and has a zero-tolerance policy for financial crime.
3. Collusion: coordinating with other players in live casino games, poker, or sports betting markets in a manner designed to generate an unfair advantage or to defraud bd21 or other players.
4. Software exploitation: using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised third-party tool to access or play on bd21. Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions also falls under this category.
5. Chargebacks: initiating a payment reversal with your payment provider after funds have been received and credited to your bd21 account without first contacting bd21 customer support to resolve the matter.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials, including using a secure password and logging out of shared devices.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bd21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change materially affects a player's rights or obligations, bd21 will provide reasonable notice via the platform prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the bd21 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a revised version of these Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact bd21 support to arrange closure of your account.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction from which bd21 operates. bd21 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in all geographic locations, and players are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local laws.
